We just got a bling-bling diamond and we want to know about how people view florescence in the diamond...is it a bad thing? is just subjective?
The diamond is gorgeous: 4.17 carats, VS1, color is E. It is a strong fluorescence blue. Depth is 62.2%, Table is 62%, girdle is thin to slightly thick, faceted. Cut is Round Brillant.
IT is VERY sparkly...just asking for help out there. Any ideas on its value?
Thanks.

Are you kidding me? Ok, this must be the largest rock chated upon on pricescope eversince I joined. I have never thought dimes are that small!

Nice size top color, top clarity... average cut at least. Value... there is no huge premium for a specialized cut here, so: 70k comes to mind as price ceiling given the fluorescence. Otherwise, I thing THIS list may be of useful reference. I wander what a master cutter could do with the light path through this chunk for a few more of these "k"s...

Keep them comming, this is a very promissing beginning!

That is a beautiful stone. I like FL. as long as it does not have a negative impact on the visual.
