My submission—amber waves of grain and an actual white picket fence! Coming to me from the mountains and valleys of Idaho all the way to the plains of the Midwest—0.80 H VVS2 CBI from High Performance Diamonds!

Extra credit for sports stadiums—for some reason, those venues are incredible for bling!

Well, I can't do a sports stadium, but here's my own American icon - the classic 50's diner! I have breakfast here most days of the week; 2 scrambled eggs with sauteed mushrooms and 2 cups of coffee.







And my newest ring - firstly, on another American icon!







And one last one, so you can see a glimpse of another American icon; New England in the fall! You can see just a hint of the spectacular color palette through the window.

This stadium pic probably doesn’t count since my bling isn’t included, but I took this when TR and I were at the Northwestern / Notre Dame game on Saturday night. (He and I both went to NU, although I was done the year he started.) How those parachuters get the flag perfectly landed on the field ever time is beyond me!

My 46th bday will be on Election Day this year. Fun fact: I voted for President on my 18th birthday! What are the odds?

Adding my wedding stack— 1.01 F SI1 oval with two anniversary bands. American craft breweries have really gone nutso in our area! A big one that gets distributed far and wide nowadays is Destihl. Has anyone tried any of their beer varieties? Here are three of my faves... Amra, Vertex, and Strawberry Blonde (sticker).

We have taken some pretty massive road trips as a family through the years... anyone spot a bumper sticker from your area of the US (or Canada)?

Cartier trinity mother’s ring! Election Day on my bday this year.... 46! The kids’ names are engraved with a heart on the inside of each band. They argued over all wanting the yellow gold.

So today is the NZ general election
We have really strick rules about what we can and can't do on election day
all political advertising is banned and no social media posts about who one voted for - basically anything that may change a person's mind how they will vote today

this year my prevouse safe seat has become alarmingly marginal so we have both been in to do our civic duty as every vote will count

i wore my grandma's ER and mum's eternity my dad gave her when i was born plus my great grandma's wedding ring and mum's '80's emerald - because i know all those people vote like me !!

I also had my covid ring on my index finger -silver, peridot and white saphires (that now needs a clean) i wear it to remind myself not to touch my face when out and about
