I adore this heart diamond and the setting, but I came across my holy grail diamond (after I stopped looking!) so am selling even beloved pieces - this ring is in excellent, like-new condition, and comes with the Brilliantly Engaged ring box and the original GIA certificate.

FWIW, I combed through a lot of heart-shapes before finding this one - IMO with the symmetrical faceting and well-shaped proportions, this heart-cut diamond is an outstanding performer (and so lovely in the BE setting)....

I know you probably won't want to do this but it doesn't hurt to ask - would you consider selling it without the setting? I've been looking for a heart shaped stone in that size but my heart :lol: desires a milgrained bezel ring or a pendant...

Gosh, I'd hate to take it apart at my end, and since I've already reduced the price a couple of times I couldn't lower the price much, maybe $200 less if you only bought the diamond? Maybe it makes more sense, if you're really interested, to buy the whole ring and when you send it to whichever vendor you use for the re-set, they'd credit you for the worth of the metal (at least, every vendor who has done a re-set for me has always provided a metal credit for the discarded setting). Hi quietlysw - this ring is still available - I took down the listing because a family member was on the brink of buying it to give to his girlfriend, but he found out she really loves princess-cut diamonds.

Hi Rockinruby! And, so true - this would be a gorgeous ER or Heart Day gift - the diamond is so beautifully white, and flashes a lot of fire due to the great cut, high crown, and small table... I really hope this ends up on the finger of a PSer.

Update: THIS ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

I removed the DB/LT listings a while ago but even today am still getting emails on it.

The diamond was removed from the setting and sent back to JA as trade-in for another diamond. As of now, I do not see it re-listed yet on JA's website.

I only have the empty setting, which I am open to selling if anyone has interest, but more likely at some point in the future I'll have BE change out the head to accommodate one of my colored gemstones.
