http://loupetroop.com/listings/loose-stones-diamond/dot-13-ct-fancy-intense-pink-diamond
I've finally done it - I've listed my very first FCD for sale. I've been considering it for a while now, but being a sentimental person, it's hard to seriously consider letting this gorgeous gem go. I hope someone else will love having it as much as I have - I am just forcing myself to be practical, and I know that I won't ever get this stone set. I have to free up funds to actually get jewelry on my hands, lol.
Specs:
.13 FIP baguette, beautiful cut, very even saturation
No modifiers
Likely Argyle, but no certification or engraving
VS1 clarity, extremely clean under the loupe
GIA certified, natural color
The photos accurately show the coloration of this diamond, though the one I took demonstrates far more washing out than I see in person - in real life the color is even, edge to edge. Poor angle for the pink, great angle for its brother, the blue.
A comparison stone is here: http://www.fancydiamonds.net/view_diamonds/9091.htm#.Ue1vUW37ZCp
It is 3 points lighter (23%), and one clarity grade lower, priced at $316/point.
$3000 ($230/point), including shipping and insurance from Australia. I'll happily take returns, minus the 10% GST I will have to pay on re-entry to Australia. If you're in Australia, obviously there will be no deduction in the case of a return.
