I came across this quiz on Dr. Phil's website and thought it was very interesting. It's basic, random questions about your spouse/future spouse you should know (the preface is if you don't know these, there is probably a lot of other stuff you don't know, and you might want to learn more about your bf/fiance before getting married).

3. In what city was your spouse born? Bangkok, Thailand (but he's Bengali, his parents met while they were working in Bangkok, his mom as a journalist and his father worked in public health... I think it's so romantic)

4. If your spouse had his or her dream job, what would it be? Transactional lawyer at a big firm.

5. What was your spouse’s first job? Software programming

6. What is your spouse’s mother’s maiden name? Hmm no idea

7. Has your spouse ever had a nickname? If so, what was it? Rainman

8. What single word would your spouse use to describe you? Sweet! ... and blunt

9. What is your spouse’s blood type? He doesn't know

10. What is your spouse’s favorite way to wind down after a stressful day? Programming software compilers for open-source projects.


Hmm... not bad! No idea about his mom's maiden name though... and I can't pronounce his middle name. Or really, his last name either, but he says he wouldn't want me to take it because it's too "foreign" so I guess I can keep butchering it.

Popeye's when he was 15. (I think his dad knew the manager and got him a job.)

McCurdy.

7. Has your spouse ever had a nickname? If so, what was it?
His name starts with Q, which is unique. He likes to be called "Q Diddy"

8. What single word would your spouse use to describe you?
Crazy. (But in the good way, I hope.)

9. What is your spouse’s blood type?
Don't know. But I don't know mine either. I do, however, know his social security number. Lol.

10. What is your spouse’s favorite way to wind down after a stressful day?
Playing video games!

Not sure if it is the FIRST first job but in highschool he worked as a salesman at Men's Warehouse

Darn it. I used to know this one!

People just affectionate his name

Cute

Wow. I actually don't know that one.

Haa haa. On the couch in front of a video game!

My dh and I both took the quiz and we got every answer but one correct. The one we both got wrong was the blood type question but mainly because we don't know our own blood type either!

My dh and I both took the quiz and we got every answer but one correct. The one we both got wrong was the blood type question but mainly because we don't know our own blood type either!

We had the same results! I guess we should both figure out our blood types. (I will say, however, that DH could not spell my mom's maiden name to save his life--it's really long and Ukrainian and has lots of consonants in it.)

7. Has your spouse ever had a nickname? If so, what was it? Yes, his dad's name is also Jonathan so his family called him Little Jon when he was growing up.

9. What is your spouse’s blood type? I don't know because he doesn't know.

10. What is your spouse’s favorite way to wind down after a stressful day? Taking the dog for a walk.

1. What is your spouse’s shoe size? I guessed 9 but I was wrong - LOL - it's 8.

2. How many children did your spouse want when you got married? 1 or 2 - depending on our first one

3. In what city was your spouse born? Taipei

4. If your spouse had his or her dream job, what would it be? doing what he is doing now - a dentist but I don't think he really has a dream job
