Gem trays with square gem jars??

I am searching for a gem tray that comes with about 20-50 individual 1 inch SQUARE gem jars and NOT the round ones - I hate the round gem gars - all the ones I have tried have the lids pop off, and are not the best for larger stones. Even the ones with screw on lids do not allow enough room for a larger stone to be safely stored.
Does anyone know a supplier or seller that has anything like that? I got a few years ago on Ebay, but cannot seem to find them anymore on there. Thanks!
 
They had a couple trays with rectangular jars (not the standard square ones) that were 1" by 2", but the lids were not the ones that fit down to the bottom, so I am afraid they would also not stay on.....
I can find the square jars that I want sold separately all over the place, but no one seems to have trays to hold them! Frustrating!!
 
Did you check JTV.com. They actually have a huge selection of gemological equipment, supplies, last I checked.

Otherwise, I have been known to make the square gem jars fit in the round foam holes.
 
I did check JTV - they had some square ones, but the reviews were not very good - said that the lids pop off, which is what I am trying to avoid!! I guess I could try a small one from them and see how it goes......just seems like there should be someone out there who makes a tray for the square ones!!

Well, for me, I have had no problem with using the round ones to fit the square jars. I just poke the foam around a little bit to accommodate the square shape. This has worked well for me, or you can cut the foam to size for larger square gem jars.
 
Are you any where close to an Intergem show? I don't know the manufacturer, but my favorite trays are the square jars just as you describe. I believe that I have purchased all of mine from Intergem. If not (no memory here), then likely from Rio Grande, ebay, or I might have even done a google search as there are a number of suppliers that carry trays like that.
 
 
Also just thought I'd mention that you should be careful with jars that have glass lids, as some do. They're not appropriate for stones that are 6 hardness and below, like zoisite, tanzanite, sphene, etc. . . .
