I was interested in getting a pair of charms that go on hoops by CvB in rose cut diamonds, but I have a lot of projects now. For reference, they look like:
I found a pair on Etsy, with hoops, which I don't need. They are tanzanite. Here they are:

I was going to ask if they can sell just the charms, but then wondered if I could find a pair of stones, either tanzanite, spinel, etc.- something blue or Violet, but doesn't need to be sapphire. I was hoping to do the whole thing under $500.
Has anyone seen anything like these elsewhere? Or would I need to have them made?
