Getting in touch with David Klass

Its been a while since I have posted but I still love looking at all the beautiful gems and rings that everyone posts.
I bought a blue green tourmaline from Dana 2 years ago and have decided to finally have it set. What is the best way to get in touch with David Klass- his facebook email or his personal email( its listed on the facebook page).
Once I get estimates I will be back to ask all you experts for advice.

Hi @familynurse , I have reached him at [email protected] . If you haven’t worked with him before, there are sometimes delays in replies depending on how busy he is at the time. I usually follow up with him if I haven’t heard back within a few days. Blue green tourmalines are my favorite! Can’t wait to see what you have made.

Thank you everyone for your time and help. I will post again as soon as I hear from David Klass.
The tourmaline is 1.35 c and is a 6.5 mm stepcut square with clipped corners.
This is the stone cut by Dana. Its prettier in person. I want something that emphasizes the clipped corners if possible. Again thanks for your help.

I always email him at the email @2Neezers posted above.
Sometimes I hear back asap (1-2 days) and sometimes I don't hear back for a couple weeks. Once you get the ball rolling with CADs, he tends to reply faster. If all else fails, you can call him too.

His work is excellent, in my opinion. I can't wait to see your new ring in the works!

Thanks for mentioning this. I have reached out a few times over the last couple of weeks via the email listed above in the thread. From my personal email, from the contact page on the website, and via direct message on Instagram. No response the next step was to call the phone number!

I believe they were on a trip out of the country during a large chunk of August. I received an automatic reply to one of the emails I sent him.

I also read in another thread that they were getting back to people with current projects but not to customers with new ones. That could explain why you didn’t hear back (though I totally understand how frustrating it is). I’d definitely try reaching out again, since everyone is back.

Thanks for the information, plus it was a holiday recently too. I’ll keep trying. I never received an auto reply either. It’s not a rush project or anything like that, just wondering if my emails got through or filtered into a spam folder never to be seen!
