GIA Diamomd Grading: Is Brown-Pink The Same As Pink-Brown?

I know the second color is usually the dominant color and the first is a modifier, but is it different if the first color is not an "ish"?

Hi Sniven,
The two colors you asked about can be quite similar- or quite different.
In terms of price, the Brown-Pink is generally worth more.
The last color is the predominant color.
"Ish" at the end of a modified means it's less pervasive.
For example, Brownish Pink has less of a brown component that Brown-Pink.

The tough thing with these colors is that sometimes, visually, two stones of the same grade may have quite a different appearance. Sometimes a Pink- Brown can look pretty darn pink

Not RD, but yes.
From most pink to least pink:

Brownish Pink
Brown Pink
Pink Brown
Pinkish Brown
