I was feeling guilty about buying myself jewelry so decided to buy some for other people and still support some of my favorite shops.

Don't worry I still ended up buying myself stuff.

I am having Yvonne make a birthstone necklace for my mom, there is a thread on that already but here are some of the stones. I'm swapping the dark blue for the light blue.



And then I wanted to get my cousin some benitoite since they are the state gem and she admired mine. I tried to get her husband interested since they can be pricey but he wasn't biting. I bought a set of 5 tiny little guys that range in color from one of Brad's auctions in ebay. And then because I have never met a metaphor I didnt like, I had Daniel M set them in a little gold golden state.



I can't wait to see it when it arrives, this one is gonna be hard to give up.

I hear that! I have these big plans of making something for my mom and niece but whenever new bling walks into my house, it’s so hard not to keep it.

The necklace looks great btw and I’m glad she loved it.
