I''m posting this on behalf of my lurker friend K (who should register, hint hint
) and who asked me to post pictures of her GORGEOUS ring. Hers is the first BGD Grace/GOG August Vintage Cushion combination and it''s just stunning!
So before pics, here are stats:
The diamond is a GOG AVC.
2.38 ct.
H SI2
The setting is a platinum BGD Grace, 2 mm shank, claw prongs (of course!), and size 6.5 (and thanks to Lynn for answering K''s questions about your beautiful Grace setting via me
)
Now, the proposal hasn''t happened yet! So I have the BGD pro pics, and some pics K took with her iPhone when she first got the ring. Hopefully she''ll send me lots more to update the thread with once the proposal happens (possibly within the next week!). But in the meantime, here they are
