Going to see Coldplay tonight!!!

I am so excited because FF and I have NEVER seen Coldplay in concert but have always wanted to! The tickets were not cheap but we have incredible seats! Right center to the stage. I just simply cannot wait to see them tonight!!!

Only problem, it says no cameras. I wonder if they really enforce that rule or not. When I went to see Lewis Black his tickets said no cameras, I took mine and used it and saw others using cameras as well. Just wondering if any of you have seen Coldplay and noticed if anyone used their cameras or not. I''d hate to take mine and have it taken away from me.

The show is going to be awesome. Everytime I see them on tv in concert, they are amazing.

BTW, the last concert I went to, we witnessed a proposal before the show. Hmmmm I wonder....(Don''t get excited LIW''s, it won''t be me.)

I brought a camera to see The Cure at MSG and was able to take pictures...nothing happened. I don''t know about your venue though.

Coldplay is sooooo much fun!!! I went 2 years ago when they were in Denver....and I''m 99% sure people were taking pictures (I took pictures with my cell)

They are amazing in concert!!...Absolutely worth the $$!! You''ll have to come back and tell us all about it!!!

Thank you ladies. I'm not sure if I will take the camera or not. I wished I could though! If I do, I will share photos. But its looking like I might not (only because again, I don't want my camera taken from me)

ams- I wanted to go to the last show! I wanted to see them way back in 2000 when they played at the Fillmore. That would have been awesome. And so much cheaper. My camera phone is crappy so the pictures I take would be pretty bad...

OMG it was UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!

They put on quite a show. I''ve NEVER in my life seen anything like it. The lighting effects were out of this world. They dropped butterfly confetti during one song. (tons of it) it was the coolest thing EVER. I had great seats. We were center to the stage and about 10 rows up from the floor seats. They had 2 ramps that came off the stage on both ends and Chris would go back and fourth. They all were on one side and sang a couple of songs. They even came up into the audience to sing a few songs as well. It was the most fun I ever had! I am so happy I went!!! I was just wishing I had gone to see them sooner like I always wanted to. But I now vowed to always go see them when they come back to town.

BTW, I took the camera but left it in the car (to see if it could be used or not and not have it taken away from me) well, we walk into the Pepsi Center and this guy scanned my ticket, didn''t even look in my purse.....and so when I asked a guy working there before I went to my seat about the camera thing he said you can use cameras

I KNEW IT!

But they wont allow re-entry. So I couldn''t go get my camera. Booooo

I used my cell phone to take pictures. Some of them are actually ok (for a cell phone) but I don''t know how to transfer them to my computer or whatever because I''d like to get a couple printed maybe...

Also, after the show I grabbed some of those butterfly confetti''s to keep with our tickets.

I love the butterfly confetti!! What song was it for? When I went a few years ago they dropped huge yellow beach ball like balls during the song Yellow...I just thought that was sooo cool!

Anyway I''m glad you had fun! If you ever get those pics off your phone you''ll have to post them!!!

I was going to ask if they did this! When i went to the show in July, they sang The Scientist in the stands and I was swooning like you wouldn''t believe!!!

When I went a couple of years ago they dropped hundreds of yellow balloons during Yellow. You''ll see it in their Live in Toronto DVD...amazing!!!!

I saw the show earlier this month and the confetti was dropped for "Lovers in Japan".
