Looking at the following round diamond and not sure if it’s a good buy at 8k.

This is a 60/60 stone with lower crown and higher pavilion to match. It has a slightly different look from the typical PS recommended
specs/cut. It tends to favor white light over fire.

8K would be fair. Not great but not a ripoff either.

Can you put the stone on hold and provide a link to pictures/videos? Numbers are not enough for evaluations.
 
Not a fan of 60-60s in general. Definitely not a fan of the large table reflection, and that lower crown height paired with the large table yields an unattractive flat profile. I’ve had one of these and I no longer have it those reasons. A brilliant stone, yes… but that was its only redeeming feature imo.
Cloud is grade-setter and I’m not sure about one of them on the table. And the one on the crown is large.
Definitely not a fan of the wholly slightly thick girdle.
Comments about the additional clouds plus surfacing graining additionally turn me away.
The upside, if you want to see it that way, is this stone will look larger because basically it’s so spread out so if the goal is to find the largest you can within budget this may be of interest to you.
