Got 2.7 carats worth of BGD solitaires; need a 2-stone setting

I recently upgraded my wife's earrings and was going to send here old BGD 1.3 and 1.4 carat studs back in for credit. However, her B-day is coming up and I thought it might just be nicer to keep them and get her a 2-stone right-hand ring that she can wear most days.

I really like the look of the setting below. I want something clean: baguettes are Ok but don't have to be there. It doesn't have to be this setting but I do need some ideas on where to source a nice 2-stone setting! Her e-ring is a traditional 4-prong, and her only other ring is a Cartier diamond love-ring (wedding ring). Any thoughts or leads would be most appreciated!

Great idea! Maybe you’d like to check out this thread for inspo. I like the one in #13 - classic, timeless, simple, delicate. Will go with the rest of your wife’s aesthetic imo from what you describe. You can get the setting made custom by one of the custom vendors - David Klass is one who is recommended often on here as someone who does great quality at a reasonable price in the US (never used him so can’t say personally).
