green to purple/reddish purple CC sapphire?

A little bird told me that green to purple/reddish purple sapphire exist. is it true? I have seen a tanzanian and burmese cc sapphire that change from a light bluish green to brown (i guess technically we call this purple with no saturation?). However, I have yet to see anything that change from green to purple. Have you seen anything like that? How is it compare to a fine alex?
