The INNER part of the watch currently measures about 6" (which is the size of my wrist when I take a tape measure and put it around my wrist with very little slack) and the outer part of the watch about 7" but l like I said I have the extra links to add onto the watch if your wrist is larger. Those links add about 1.5 - 1.75 inches to the watch. Hang on and I'll post a pic...
