Guess what I got.............

I am so excited!! I picked my ring up yesterday and I truely love it. It is (almost!!) exactly what I dreamed of from the beginning of this juorney! The only thing I am getting used to visually is the double row of pave'' on the shank. Enjoy the pics and thank you all again for your support thru this. Minga - It looks Beautiful. I''m so glad you decided to change your other setting and find something your "happy" with.
I saw a similar setting at my jewelers and the pic definitely don''t do it justice.
as for your wedding band...how sentimental are you? You could always turn you old band into a RHR and get the matching knife-edge double row pave wedding band

As far as my wedding band goes, I am sentimental and that is why I don''t really care, however if I spin my wedding band around, to just the plain metal on the underside it looks pretty cool!! Maybe I could get two REALLY thin bands and flank my e ring with them! And wear my WB on my right hand. That is down the road though, I am going to recover from this and enjoy my ring and also allow my DH to recover!!

Kaliegh, I actually feel great! I didn''t have any morning sickness with Eden and was worried I would with this one but Nope I feel normal! I am so hungry though!!! I also noticed that my fingures and a bit swollen, my rings feel tight today! , only 71/2 months to go, wow that is a long time!!! LOL!

Yes, my midwife said that with this one we will have to be ready, when he/she is ready there will be no wasting time! I am having the baby at home so I will be ready!! I just imagine a big snowstorm and my midwife not being able to make it and DH and I delivering the Baby!! Oh gosh, I have to stop thinking!!!

I''m so excited when I hear people opting to use a midwife. My second child (daughter) was born with a midwife, and it was the most incredible experience. I was so much more relaxed, and my midwife knew exactly how to keep me focused on the task. She was experience with accupressure for pain relief, and I can honestly say it works. I got through the delivery of an 8 pound baby without even a Tylenol!!!! And I am a big whimp, so if I can do it, I think just about anyone can.

I agree with you that midwifes are amazing and so intouch with preg. women! I am actually excited to give birth again, dare I say it was fun,I was so amazed with my body and how smooth everything went, I was able to eat, sit in the hot tub and focus on the task at hand rather than be hook up to monitors and bed bound. I knew I could handle the pain, it is like it was necessary pain! There is nothing like giving birth in the comfort of your own home! Provided I have a normal pregnancy, we ofcourse wouldn''t jepordixe the health of our baby for out comfort!

I don''t know how I missed all the threads about your frustration and ordeal with the first ring, but I went back and read a few of them to get an idea of what was going on. I see how it wasn''t what you had in mind and you didn''t like all the metal from the top view, etc. But when I look at your ring now, all I can see is sparkly diamonds! And it looks perfect (and huge!) on your hand. I''m glad everything turned out okay... the result is one elegant and beautiful ring! I love it!

Minga, I lOVE the new ring. How thick is the shank, I really like the look, it seems to be more substantial, and it makes your ring look so big. Can you take more close up photos, I''d love to see them.
