Guilt Free Grocery Store Find #1: Lipton Green Tea To Go Cherry Blossom

Ok so I went to the grocery store to find something to spruce up the plain ol' H20!

As we all know, we should be drinking at LEAST 8, 8oz glasses of water a day.

After a while, routine gets boring....

But, I found these little gems in the beverage aisle today and thought I would give them a whirl....

Woweee are they good! If you like cherry, you'll love these!

Rating: I give these 5 HL points for guilt free flavorful water on the go!

Price: $1.93 / box at my local Wal*Mart Neighborhood Market.

Use: All you have to do is dump a packet in a 16.9 oz bottle of water and shake!

hahaha I was HOOKED on Crystal Light (similar concept)
This is how I kicked juice, pop and any other BAD drinks.
It worked- because I hated water ESPECIALLY when I was eating meals.. so I''d drink Crystal Light at LEAST 3 times a day..
It really helped at first- a lot.

But, something that sweet with NO calories can only mean appertain is being used- and that isn''t neccesarily a good thing (or at all)..so for me, I''ve been slowly "weening" off Crystal Light and have water and lemon, etc- doesn''t change that I have it every once in a while- and I totally attest my 40 pound weight loss to the water I had (40 pounds in just about 3 months) SO- it is quite the find!

It does contain Splenda as the sweetening agent! (Sucralose) instead of aspartame.

Crystal Light is okay at times but man I really am not a fan....The Cranberry Immunity one and the Tropical Punch are the only 2 I can stand (in moderation).

O.k I''ve had 2 packets of these today.... I gotta limit myself to that..... but hey, it did help me drink my water way faster than being plain!!!

ooooo I might have to try it then!
I really think, that any of these are a better solution then soda- etc.
AND for me, it''s helped me kick a lot of habits!
I will now go try the one you recommended!
My favorite Crystal Light is Strawberry Orange.. yum!
