It seems all the comments I read are either ' they have never filed a claim with JM before
Or
They have filed claim with JM but with not a designer brand.
Has anyone filed a claim with JM with their designer pieces (cartier, van cleef etc)
Do they work directly with those brand to replace it? I know they don't do pay out, but I'm just really concerned if those name brand would work with the Insurance. Has anyone actually have experience? Jm doesn't do payout so I wonder what happens if those designer brand refuse to work with JM.
