Have you ever done a Home Swap?

What do y'all know about using Home Swap companies, listing your home, trading places with someone for a bit?

My husband and I have a new construction home in Washington state (USA) and are looking into doing a home swap, Google tells me there is a list of companies but any first-hand stories/experiences/recommendations would be super appreciated!

ahahahaha that's what it makes me think of, too! which brings me much happy, for sure.

To close the loop on this, it seems there are a couple really well known companies for home swaps. But we have decided to pivot and just straight-out sell our house this spring.
