HCA tool

Hi,

I am a new member and I was told to have access to HCA tool. When I filled out the diamond proportion manually, the message popped up which brought me to the next page and it said I have to pay for the membership.
Then I tried to put in the GIA report number and it came back invalid.
Have anyone had this issues?
