HE had a wedding nightmare!

He showed up in his tux ready to marry me, only to find that I wasn''t there. He asked where I was, and was told that I wasn''t there because our wedding was scheduled for the following weekend! He said, "Oh sh!t, I''m here on the wrong day!" and the officiant told him, "Well, she''s here," pointing to another woman in a bridal gown. "You can marry her today if you''d like." He said, "No thanks," and ran out of the wedding venue, which happened to be our too-small-for-a-wedding backyard.

I think it''s cute that he''s having wedding-related dreams and I haven''t. Yet.

BTW, he said the bride they offered him was borderline hideous.

FF has had weird wedding related dreams too. He always looks totally shell shocked when he wakes up from them...

I have had quite a few dreams about getting married, and I always wake up hyperventilating.

I am waiting to have a new wedding dream, since I only recently decided that marriage seemed like a good idea, lol. Maybe I will be excited in the new dreams?

That is so cute that your partner had a wedding dream, I would be tickled to death if my boyfriend did! I would tease him and tell him how much he wanted to marry me. (ha, soooo immature!)

First of all... what is that in your avatar picture? Is it a hamster? My boyfriend and I had 5 at one point. We unknowingly bought a pregnant hamster and decided to keep the babies. We had 5 cages, 5 hamster balls, 5 of everything. It was crazy. 4 have passed away and we are down to one. Of course the one that is left is the one that hates us. We replaced our favorite hamster (who died in June) with a puppy.

Anyway, that dream sounds hilarious. At least you know he has every intention of showing up

I have a recurring dream/nightmare that I''ve had before I even met my boyfriend. I dream that I am in my wedding dress and run away. I can only see my feet and the concrete. Eventually I hide in a barn and a creepy little boy, who is apparently a guest, finds me and asks me why I didn''t show up to my wedding. I respond by saying "I was scared he wouldn''t show up".

Awwwwwwwwww! And he was smart enough to tell you he didn''t want to marry the other woman! Now there''s a thinkin man! Obviously didn''t want to spend the next few nights on the couch hey!

My SO always has dreams involving zombies and the end of the world so I can only imagine what a wedding nightmare would be like for him....I''d probably be a zombie or something. LOL!

The critter in my avatar pic is one of our rats, Fondue. Her little rattie nose is just hidden, so she does look like a hammie in this pic. There is a pets thread somewhere in the first couple pages of this forum, and if I remember correctly FrekeChild has posted pics of her adorable little dwarf hammies. They are the cutest things in the world, right along with my rattie girls, of course!

I believe the basis of his wedding dream had to do with his nephew''s baptism last weekend. The church was doing 5 or 6 of them at one time, and his nephew''s name wasn''t called, but there was a name on the list that was a "no show" (likely just a name mix-up in the office), so they went ahead and baptized the little ankle-biter.
