I''m starting to freak out! Could this really be it? Next Thursday is our anniversary and I''ve been trying to help him plan something, either a nice dinner and a walk on the beach or even go away for the weekend. But over the weekend he told me he doesn''t want me to help and that he will plan the whole thing.
And then we had made plans to visit his parents this weekend in San Diego and he tells me last night that he has to go down there earlier and if i could drive down there by myself on Saturday. Maybe I''m reading too much into it, but he had mentioned that his grandparents (who also live in San Diego) had offered him the diamond from his Grandma''s original engagement ring. His grandparents are the cutest and have been married for 64 years!
I am so excited! Lately we''ve been talking about marriage a lot, like locations, who would be in the bridal party and all kinds of stuff. He did tell me on NYE that we would be married in 2006.....he needs to propose first!

Well Hayyo, it sounds like you might be really close to the proposal!!! Wow that would definitely be a short stay on the LIW board!!! So I was wondering how much earlier is he heading down? Enough time to have a diamond set or just enough time to plan a special evening? At any rate, have a wonderful weekend and happy anniversary regardless!!!
