Hi Everyone!!
I''m so excited!!!!!
Yesterday he had a talk with his parents and explained that he wanted to propose to me and that upon our engagment he''d be officaly moving in with me. (I have a home (purchased before we where together) and he stays here most nights and helps with all the bills and expenses, but has yet to move his belongings in or change his address) I wanted to wait to do this until we where engaged.
ANY WHOOO... we where slightly nervous on how this talk would go, even though his mom has made it clear that she thinks we should be engaged, but luckily it went great! She just expressed to him that she does not believe in divorce, and wanted to make sure he was serious about everything. Then she said he better hurry up and do it soon!!! This made us both very happy!!!
Now for the ring part, as I posted earlier we had been looking for about 3 months, and seriously looking for about 1 1/2. Today he surprised me when he got home from work and said he''s ordering it right then, I had a feeling it would be today!!
So now we wait, it''ll take 2-4 weeks for the setting to be done... then I dont get to see it at all until he pops the questions, and I have no idea when that will be, our anniversary and my favorite holiday have already passed (july 1 & July 4th), so who knows!!!
It all just feels so intense, sure I''m excited about the ring, but it''s an amazing feeling to realize I''m actually going to be with this man, my best friend, the rest of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry for the long post! Now about the ring, it''s a RB hearts & arrows .78 E SI1 IDEAL, and going to be set in a Vatche Swan Setting!!!
I''m attatching a pic, I''ve posted it prviously in Rocky Talky, you can see some small white flaws, but I''m gaurenteed it''s 100% eye clean!!
