wanting to expand my YG jewelry collection. Show me what you've got-I got lucky and picked up a beautiful set a couple years ago on LT and a couple of nice bracelets but I'm hungry for more. Anyone holding out? Heavier and higher the gold content the better I love 22k stuff it's soooo yummy!

I paid 95% of spot price for these (sadly) when gold was trading at $1400 per oz. I bought these from a friend b/c he needed cash at the time, and 95% is what I can sell it for to a scrap gold dealer.

Sadly for me gold never did hit $1400 per oz again since the day I bought these. I'm just waiting for gold to hit $1400 so I can get my money back.

But I will add that I just went through a heavy gold phase myself and had some very good luck on eBay buying some Tiffany at a reduced price. They are solid quite heavy pieces.

I have three 22kt gold rings - pearl, purple sapphire, and blue sapphire cab. Also a pair of earrings and a matching bracelet that are at least 20kt. I'd need to get those tested as they are not marked. If you are interested in them I'll get them tested and make a LT listing next week. Thanks!

Of course not I'd understand. That's the reason why I'm waiting for gold to hit $1400 again before I sell. I also bought 6 old american gold pieces in the same deal.

You have a few pieces I am interested in-I'm not sure if your the one who I just found in the spam section of my email. Looks like my email has been spamming them! I repied to someone-and sent other messages though someone elses LT listing.

The chain and cute flower necklace are adorable as are the opal earrings. I'm going though the rest of my spam now! We also were hit with a major ice storm which caused power issues.

I'm sorry? Did you read my explanation? There was a lot of miscommunication apparently, ice storms and downed lines, LT messaging not working. Check the times of my quoted posts. I messaged and gave her first dibs like I promised, but was unaware there was an ice storm and she didn't get a message or see my posts here. I thought she had decided against it as I hadn't heard back. We worked it out and she's purchasing something else from me now. Zero need for any other drama. We are adults. And I certainly don't want this thread (hers) hijacked.

In Chinese traditions gold pigs are usually given by the groom's parents to the bride as a blessing and to express their wish for the couple to have more kids so as to spread and strengthen the family's name. The four layers of pigs represent four generations living together. The 3 bigger pigs stand for 三三不盡, which means eternal life, and there are usually 6 little pigs on the bottom layer, standing for 六六無窮, which means eternal wealth and sustenance. It is considered to be the ultimate blessing for a family to be able to see five generations altogether at the same time.
