Think it''ll last? Think they''ll get a divorce? How long? Did they do it for the media coverage?

Apparently her mom didn''t know it was going to happen and probably wasn''t all that happy about it...

I must have scuffed the whole episode.. and you people are the only reason who probably felt the same way as me!!! All of my friends were like WHAT it''s pretty! I don''t think it''s a real relationship. I think it was, once, but deteriorated. They made a ton of money with The Hills (and the stupid photo ops), though, so they''re staying together for the $. This ''spur of the moment'' wedding will last a few months, tops, until they hatch up another plan to make more money. Hopefully it doesn''t involve an innocent child.

Think about it: they''d be nothing if not a couple.

And FYI, my engagement ring isn''t going to be a diamond. And it will be a lot cheaper than the ring he bought for her. But buying it from a...gift shop...was really alarming for me. WTF was he thinking? If he was as cool as he thinks he is, he would have gone to Tiffany or Cartier or something, but no. He went to Ice. What a loser.

The thing that bugged me about that "proposal" was that he never even asked her to marry him!

I kind of wonder if they''ll get divorced after a while--once their fame has died down--and then end up getting back together once again, and so on and so forth.

Wow. Maybe it''s just me, but what that''s saying is that they would have had to wait 3 days between getting a license before tying the knot, get blood tests, get married at the Civil Register Office, copies of birth certificates, passports, and visas.

In other words this isn''t something that can happen when you''re sipping margaritas at a beach and on a whim decide to get married. Either it was premeditated or a crock of shi+.
