Help again please on lab cushion!

So the pricescopers helped me to find a lab cushion about 9mm in F color vs2…(lowest clarity I will go with) that had a nice facet pattern. Had a hearts and arrows look, and not crushed ice! I don’t want crushed ice, and want more of the pattern of a round? A pricescoper found this for me fitting all my parameters and in my budget of 2k… I pulled the trigger and ordered it and now they said they can’t send because cutlet was chipped. I appreciated that but the ones they then suggested weren’t at all a hearts and arrows facet pattern. Also want more square not rectangular. Hearts and arrows comes at a premium I realize but I am really trying to just get more away from the crushed ice look. I am here again to see if anyone can suggest some others?
