Help buying a 2ct mined

I'm looking at buying a 2ct mined diamond.

I currently have this stone from JA on hold at a local Jared - https://www.jamesallen.com/loose-di...xcellent-cut-sku-18021721?a_aid=62a7e6735d587 - GIA 1429710808

It's coming out to 15K, which is the top end of my budget. Can I do better than this stone? or is this about as good as It will get?

Unfortunately this stone isn't well cut. It's very "messy" despite having numbers that would theoretically work.

Appreciate these. I'm going for a solitaire with a single diamond in white gold. Not sure how much color becomes apparent once dropping to a K
