Help - Good diamond for pendent - Birthday gift for wife

Hi all,
I plan to buy a solitaire pendent for my wife's birthday. She has been wanting a rose gold piece for everyday wear.

a) Setting - This is the setting I am considering. Would it be good for everyday wear or should I look for Bezel?

b) Adding beads - I think she would like to add a coral bead she has from her mom to one side of this -Would it be possible on this chain ?

c) Diamond - I am looking for ~1.5 carat, sparkly. I think I can go lower on color since this is against rose gold. Am I right ?

d) Opinions on these stones, or any other suggestions?

These aren't stones we would recommend. What color/clarity do you want to stick with? And budget? think I color and eye clean SI1 is great for a pendant because no one will be staring up close. Also, BE is notorious for horrible customer service and their "super ideal " label is nonsense.
 
Thank you for your response ! Looking to spend ~15k. Want it to be sparkly, would like at least vs1, not sur how much color will be good against rose gold.

These are excellent choices!
 
You mentioned a coral bead - if you include this I would ensure it is separate from the diamond or else your cleaning options for the diamond will be very limited due to coral’s porosity.
 
The setting you're eyeing seems great for everyday wear, but if she's active, bezel might be sturdier.
