Hi everyone!

Long time lurker but rarely post. I'm in the very lucky position of getting to choose a new piece of jewellery for a 'push present'.

I already have a 2.01ct G VS2 engagement ring, and 0.7ctw G VS2 or SI1 diamond studs (can't remember specifically).

I'm looking at completing the 'set' with a diamond pendant. I want to have this in 18K white gold.

I'm looking at around 0.8ct, G/H colour (prefer G), VS2 or SI1, eye clean diamond for the pendant. This is the pendant I'm looking at.

I am a bit picky with the eye cleanliness as I have a sharp eye, I know I won't see the inclusions once the necklace is worn (and moisturiser/oils etc. get on it), but I will no doubt be looking at it and admiring it for ages before putting it on, so I really don't want to see any dark inclusions.

My preference would be for a Whiteflash ACA diamond, but there are so many to choose from I'm overwhelmed!

I would like to keep the total cost under AUD$7000 (which gives me a budget of around $6500 for the diamond).

I'm looking at the following:

I included a H colour diamond and an expert selection as well.

I wasn't able to speak to anyone from Whiteflash as the Live Chat seems to be offline (maybe it's the time zone), but what do you guys think?

Happy to take other suggestions too!

I'm located in Australia and we are currently mostly isolating for COVID safety prior to having the baby, so I won't be going into any jewellery stores to try stuff on.

Thanks!!!!!!!!

Here they are in a "compare" if you want to see them together

I'm having a hard time saying which one I like best. I really think you need to talk to an SA and
get a picture of all 3 together (top and pavilion). Ask if one stands out over the other two in their
opinion. I would probably go with a G colored stone since you are in Australia. You don't want
to get an H and second guess whether you should have picked a G (since return isn't that easy).

Purely personal preference, but I love the 0.814 G VS2 the best for its proportions (higher crown height and small table).

Forgot to add Congratulations on your new little one (or soon-to-be little one)! How very exciting!

This is the one I’m leaning towards as well! I’ve sent my husband my 3 contenders and asked him to choose…

Yes that’s why I’m hesitant on the H too, just in case it bothers me later.

I've been chatting with WF about a stone too, I'm in Australia as well so can't use the live chat, but they're very responsive to email. Congratulations on bubba!!

Thanks! I don’t know if I’ve become super nitpicky from spending too much time lurking, but do you think the arrowheads are slightly off on the 0.814ct G?
