Help me choose a diamond!

I am choosing between two diamonds and would love to hear your opinions on which one is better! Both are certified by GIA and are approximately the same price.

Diamond #1:
Carat weight: 1.44
Shape: Round brilliant
Color: H
Clarity: SI1 (have seen 40x pictures and it should be eye clean)
Fluorescence: None
Cut Grade, Polish, Symmetry: Excellent, Excellent, Excellent
Measurements: 7.37 - 7.41 x 4.42mm
Table: 56%
Depth: 59.9%
Crown: 32 degrees
Pavilion: 41 degrees
HCA score: 0.7 (Excellent light return, excellent fire, excellent scintillation, excellent spread)

Diamond #2:
Carat weight: 1.51
Shape: Round brilliant
Color: H
Clarity: VS2 (have not seen pictures)
Fluorescence: Medium blue
Cut Grade, Polish, Symmetry: Excellent, Excellent, Excellent
Measurements: 7.41 - 7.44 x 4.55mm
Table: 57%
Depth: 61.3%
Crown: 34.5 degrees
Pavilion: 41 degrees
HCA score: 1.9 (Excellent light return, very good fire, very good scintillation, very good spread)


Obviously the second one is a little bigger and has a better clarity grade. However, I am concerned that it has medium blue fluorescence, and also that the HCA score is higher (1.9 is right on the edge between "excellent" and "very good"). Please let me know your thoughts!

They both look great. They face up the same size.

And you said both are eyeclean.

Can the vendor get you an idealscope image?

Unfortunately, no, the vendor is not able to get idealscope or ASET images for either diamond, so I will have to make the decision without that information.

I'm not an a number fiend, you need someone like Yssie or Julie. So hopefully one of them will be along.

I think that 1.41 is going to be slightly less expensive... so that might mean something. But that's all I can say.

I forgot to say, the 1.51 H VS2 has an indented natural on the girdle. Will this be visible, or impact durability at all? I have never seen this type of inclusion before so I am not sure what to make of it.

I have no issue with indented naturals.
