Please help me with your expert opinion to decide on these two diamonds from GIA and AGS, thanks.
GIA 1.01 I Color VS2 3EX Faint Fluorescence
AGS 0.804 H Color VS1 AGS IDEA H&A Negligible Fluorescence

I would always go with an ACA over a random GIA stone

Agree with the above on the AGS0.

Are both of these from WF on-hand inventory?

If so, then both should be encompassed by their excellent upgrade program. If that is the case, then I'd opt for the one with the noticably bigger spread.

If not, then I'd opt for the WF ACA.

AGS from WF, GIA from COSTCO.
I love the size of the GIA diamond and the fire is good. But it looks darker than the AGS diamond, is it because of fluorescence?

I think it's because of obstruction...an object such as a person's head or a camera reflecting within the diamond, causing it to appear dark.
It has amazing fire in the photo under LED/direct lighting.
Long shot: do you have an Ideal-Scope or ASET that you can assess the Costco diamond with to check for optical precision and light return?

Would you consider this? Same color and clarity as the Costco one with a very similar spread. Not sure what the price differential would be...but perhaps this would be the happy medium?

I thought about that, but WF 1 carat is out of my budget.

Thanks for your advice, I don't have Ideal-Scope.
I took more pictures and it looked blue. I don't know if it's because of the fluorescence, or because of the H or I color.

The diamond I posted is under 1 ct and less expensive than the Costco one. It’s got an AGS 0 with guaranteed edge to edge brightness. Plus, the upgrade policy…

The Costco 1 ct is 6.41 x 6.37 mm. The WF .936 ct is 6.31 x 6.28 mm

John Pollard just posted this great vid about super ideal cuts vs. GIA 3x. Check it out. I found it very informative.

I do want to say that I don't mind fluorescence. My OEC has medium fluoro and I'm very happy with it. I did do quick search for a Brian Gavin Blue stone and unfortunately there are no diamonds available that are just under a carat.

Could be some moderate windowing/leakage going on...it appears that the blue felt underneath is quite visible through the diamond. Could be a reflection of the lid, but I'm not seeing it occur with the ACA next to it.

Just from my eyes the ACA outshines and looks much better than the GIA graded stone, though the size difference is obvious…
