I am looking for a simple, maybe antique-y, maybe pearl-y, maybe some cleary briolet-y choker or little longer necklace to wear with my dress. Any good sites to search?

Also, I''m thinking I''d like to wear silver shoes, probably 2.5 inches is the highest I would go, open toe is fine, wedges or slingbacks, definitely some type of strap to keep them on my feet. I have the hardest time keeping shoes on my feet!

I''m a size 10. Wedding will probably be outdoors. Pics will be taken likely on the beach (pebbled) and in fields of lavender.

The fields of lavender should point me toward wedges, right, so the heels don''t sink? Comfort is sooooo important to me as is minimal cost.

Honey we can''t link you to pearls, it''s against forum rules. (See Pearl Exception post above).

As for comfy shoes. Give us an idea of colors that would be okay with you and an actual budget, so that we can help you better, please.

Guh!?! How did I miss that. Please disregard my reference to pearls above, ladies.

As for the necklace, what do you all think of something like this. I know it is very simple, and not super-special, which is what I am usually after:

blue ice drops

I'd meet my blue requirement too, right?

As far as shoes, I'm thinking silver/metallic only? Am I off-base, as far as going with the dress? I am totally not a shoe girl.

And, I'd like to keep it under $50, but would probably go up to $100 for the right shoes, if I had to/could not find anything else.

Here's my necklace

Here are some lovely vintage looking wedding necklaces and they don't cost too much:http://www.vintagebridaljewelry.com/VintageBridalJewelryDesignsPG2.html

I own these shoes and I LOVE them. http://www.zappos.com/n/p/dp/37515067/c/60988.html They are comfortable beyond belief and they are really shiny in real life.

I really like the blue drop necklace

http://www.zappos.com/n/p/dp/37515067/c/60988.html. I had those shoes and almost completely busted my knee cap when they gave out on me on a marble floor. I was on crutches for weeks. Those are NOT strudy shoes. No way.

As for the pearl policy. I suggest asking the admins your questions.

I know why the rule is there, but then I've been here a while.

And we CAN TALK about pearls on THIS BOARD, just can't post links to where to purchase them directly. So if someone posts a pearl necklace we can give our opinions, just can't link them where to buy.

I own the Naturalizer Prissy shoe too, and they are very nice, except the only time I''ve worn them (I have a bazillion shoes-most I haven''t even worn yet...

) I got huge blisters on my big toe and little pinky toes.
However, there is a Band Aid product that is to prevent blisters, and I would check that out anyway-no matter what shoes to get.

I like Gypsy''s wedding shoes, and I really like silver for weddings because you can definitely wear them after the wedding.

Wow, I wore them out dancing many times and they have held up better than most shoes I have tried. That''s why I keep wearing them since I am so hard on my dance shoes. Was it that the soles were too slick?

No it was the strap. It''s not conducive to even wieght distribution. Plus those heels with that little strap on the end holding on for dear life do not stay on the foot if you slip. I fell HARD when mine gave out.
