Help Me Find Alternatives To This James Allen Setting

Hello Everyone,

First time poster here. I am shopping for an engagement style ring for myself and love this setting from James Allen:

However, in dealing with James Allen, I am getting a lot of inconsistent information from their customer service, and it's giving me a bad feeling about the company so I'd like to find some alternatives.

Therefore may I ask for your help to find a similar setting elsewhere? Here are the design elements I'm looking for:

1. From a design perspective, I really like the Tiffany Legacy ring, it hits almost all of the design elements I'm seeking, but I'd like a round center stone instead of cushion.
2. Must have bezel setting around the center stone so there are no prongs holding the center stone, and a halo around the bezel setting.
3. Ideally there's milgrain on the bezel as I really like that look.
4. Ideally there are diamonds on the shoulder.
5. The setting needs to be raised so I can wear a normal wedding band with this ring.
6. Ideally I would like the setting to hold 1.5-1.75 carat center stone, but I'm willing to go smaller if the setting does not allow it. In the JA case, the setting only supports center stone up to 1.35 carat, so I'm OK with the smaller center stone to avoid the custom ring / unreturnable route given that I can't see it in person before purchasing.
7. I'm looking for the setting in platinum.

I would also suggest that you make sure you ask if your ring specifically is returnable whichever one you decide upon. Oftentimes bezel settings are excluded from returns because removing the diamond from a bezel destroys the setting (unlike with prong settings).

James Allen offer an excellent value proposition. However if you are prepared to pay more for higher level personal service and customisation then WhitFlash as suggested would be an excellent choice.

I don't think you will get the personalized customer service James Allen used to have before they were purchased by the Signet group in 2017 (Signet also owns Kay, Jared, Zales).

Maybe this one? It does not have engraving on the side like JA, but I think it would be easy to add.
