Hey all,
As some of you may know, I have just received the other day my PoH RHR from GOG..I adore it, but the downside is now my sparkly addiction has been officially piqued!

I would love your help in finding an eternity band to wear with my new ring. I would like it in rose gold to match, however I would also like PS''ers opinions on whether I can wear a yellow gold one together with the PoH ring? I should think it''ll look ok..?

As this isn''t a really "serious" purchase I''d prefer the cheaper the better, however not "cheap and nasty" (lol, obviously)..I''m not sure how much these usually cost so thats why I''m not setting a budget..
And I would probably prefer half or three quarters eternity as I''m not always that careful, but am open to any and all suggestions!
Would love all your skills in searching as I suck at this kinds thing!

TIA PS''ers, mwa!

I''m not much good at this sort of thing. But here are some I found while browsing firenzejewels.com. Not sure what they''re like as a company, but they have lots of rings!

.41ct vintage

.39ct two tone

.33ct ring

Just posting more for design ideas than actual suggestions...

Wow! splinter what a great find, all of them!
They''re all lovely and exactly what i''m looking for - thankyou! I especially like the last one, as I think it would go well and also its a great price!
I''m not sure about this vendor either, but I''m off to look and do some research..What do you think about mixking yellow and rose, or should i stick to rose?

Thanks again, keep em coming!

I really haven''t seen enough rose gold jewellery to advise with any authority. All I can say is that because the contrast is fairly subtle it might look odd.

By this I mean a strong difference in colour, say between platinum and gold, shows that the matching is deliberate and intended within the design of the rings. Sort of like the two tone ring above.

If the rings are only slightly different colours however (say matching yellow and rose), it might appear that they are supposed to match, but don''t?

This may be nonsense of course, because some colours compliment really well, even though they are closely matched, but it''s still my opinion.

Hi tradergirl - I like that one too, very nice!
However its probably a bit outta my price range..as I''ve just bought a ring, probably about $1000..
However if you''d be kind enough to keep looking on ebay for me I''d love more ideas - I''m terrible at finding anything good on ebay!
thankyou for helping

Cool, thankyou for your thoughts! I think your idea makes sense, I guess the trick will be to just go try some yellow bands on..
Then again there are the tri colour rolling bands thats cartier etc do that look really nice..hmmmm.

My personal opinion is that SingleStone has good pricing. I priced a halo ring setting with them in platinum and I thought the price was very reasonable for the setting. And that would have been custom, too.

Have you tried Sheldon Speyer''s website? Look at his mini-mania stacking rings, after you click on Ring Galleries:

http://www.sheldonspeyerplatinum.com/menu.htm

I think he can do anything in rose gold.

I found some Beverly K eternity bands in rose gold on the dimend SCAASI website: click here.

Therefore, it might be safe to assume that the eternity band that you like could be modified. I'd contact Bill and ask him for a quote

I think you're going to want 2 bands. Otherwise, IMO it looks more engagement-y, and it's a RHR. I would go with matching bands on either side, either 2 rose gold, or 2 white metal (platinum or WG). Thin bands obviously. I think Marlene Harris has some rose gold, as does antique jewelry mall. I'm looking at getting a floral engraved RG band from the latter, to go in between my 2 eternity bands when I'm not wearing my ER/WB set.

Gah! I always have to edit for American spelling of jewellery.

This ebay vendor is VERY nice and honest as well.. I know there have been PS''ers who have bought from them. I have a couple pieces I''ve ''saved'' and spoken to them about. :)

What''s the eBay vendor, SDL? I love to browse on eBay!

Aruna, I have some rose gold and yellow gold and I agree that they don''t contrast that much. If you threw a white gold band in the mix, I think it might look better and show the contrast more. Even on my Cartier rolling ring, the rose gold and yellow gold don''t look that different. Maybe try on a yellow gold ring from a B&M with it before you order anything and see how you like it?

Thanks PrettyBlues! Whatever item someone linked to wouldn''t come up.

Wow thankyou all for the suggestions!
upgrade, I really like the stacking rings you linked but couldn''t find a price. I''ll keep them on the list though.
Coda, I''ve seen that ring before and suggested it to others - its really lovely, however not quite what I''m looking for. Thankyou for the idea though!
SDL, thankyou for leading me to that seller, I''ve actually come across them before but its great to know that other PS''ers have bought from them..
Thanks for the info Lexie and Thing2

Anybody thats purchased from 5th ave jewels on Ebay or had an experience good or bad I''d love to hear, as they are the fore runners at the moment. I''m looking
at this one and Really like it. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEBTOX:IT&item=350048020771&_trksid=p3984.cTODAY.m238.lVI

SDL, do you know if she uses well cut diamonds and the grading are accurate?
Lyra, I agree with you about the engagement-y thing, and I''ve actually been fretting this since I got my new ring. The last thing i want is for my set to out shine my ering. Which is why i''ve decided to leave the RHR as a solitaire, and instead get the eternity band for next to my ering. Here''s a link with pics of my ering. https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/new-pics.81862/
Even though its WG I would love to get something with two tone or three, like the ebay one linked, so it complements my Poh.

Does anybody think that 5th ave ring will work with my ering, honest feedback welcome?
Or do you have better suggestions to bling up my ering?

I think that GoodOldGold sells Sheldon Speyer so you could get pricing from them.
