confession: I have two pair of casual sea glass earrings.

and I have lusted over a red ring....a red so gorgeous that I could never hope to achieve the color with another stone because of PRICE yet was affordable as it was sea glass.

that piece of blue sea glass will give you a gorgeous piece of jewelry w/o having to pay lots of $.

I've always loved the colors of sea glass too and have used it for jewelry making on occasion. Pieces like this are perfect for pendants if you do any wirework (or know anyone who does). Its a beautiful blue.
