Help Shopping for Sapphire

Hello,
Just wondering if you wonderful folks would mind helping me shop. I am looking for an emerald or asscher cut sapphire in either blue (medium to light) or yellow color for a RHR. I have a limited budget of 500.00 for the stone. I am very new to this, so any help would be so much appreciated.

I have only seen asschers cut by Jeff White. You do see emerald cut here and there. Here are some places to look:

Thank you, I have started looking through some of them. But are there any tips or helpful information anywhere on what to look for and how to know if you have a well cut stone. I just don''t know what to look for.
