Hi guys!

22 days to go!!! wohoooooo. Will be posting pictures of the finished programs once I actually finish them :)

Question for you, do you guys have any suggestions for songs for the wedding video?. I am coming up BLANK....can''t think of any!!...

Some background:

- Our first dance is "The way you look tonight" (by Frank Sinatra).
- FI loves Coldplay and U2 and that type of music.
- There is a song I heard and really liked by I-Empire (Breath I believe it was called?)....but there is just something about it that I''m not sure about.
- We''re having a "Spanish" themed wedding.

I want something somewhat out of the ordinary. I know every time I see a wedding recap video I think "wow, that was a great song"...but right now, I can''t rememebr any of them!!

When a Man Loves a Woman is a great choice. And, at the risk of sounding cheesy, I also like the Michael Bolton version.

That's a great song. I also like True by Ryan Cabrera, I think he has a spanish language version (Here it is)

eta, now I know why I had a hard time find it, it's called "Solo Me Faltas Tu" (aka Spanish Version of "True")

Have I told you lately that I love you - Van Morrison - this has great instrumentals in it too
 
I asked my future dearly beloved for some good U2 songs, since that was on your
list and it was one his favorite bands. His recommendation for good, romantic U2
songs would be:

"All I Want is You" - I really like this one! I just listened to it on Itunes.
"All Because of You" - A bit peppier, not as slow as the first...but maybe not
wedding video.
"One" - Oh, I didn''t know U2 sang this song. I like this one, too.

(And of course, my favorite U2 song because of Friends, "With or Without You,"
but that does not a romantic wedding video make!)

It is definitely not too late! I asked the videographer for extra time for choosing the songs, so I have to give them to him after the wedding. I just want to start compiling songs now :)
