I found this dress on wedlog.org, but there''s no info. on it. I love it, and need to know if anyone knows who designed it or where I can get it. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!!

I''m 98% sure that that''s Maggie Sottero circa 2005. The backgound and style look like some other dresses from that season, the tiered lace is a daead give away and she does the matching handbag thing. I don''t see it listed on the website, but maybe you can email the picture to a local salon that carries Maggie Sottero?

Ahhh mercoledi beat me to naming the designer, but it is indeed a Maggie Sottero. The style name was Madalyn - I tried it on when I was dress shopping. Pretty dress, but as I remember it was designed so tight through the hips that I found it a little difficult to walk.

I think it is discontinued, as I could not find it on the Maggie Sottero site.

Here is a PS link about the dress: https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/maggie-sottero-madalyn.31351/

I just wanted to thank all of you for your help. It is Maggie Sottero''s Madalyn. Now I just have to find it locally so I can actually try it on before I make that final decision. I really appreciate it!!

Gorgeous dress, 2009!

Juuuust a friendly reminder that buying a dress more than a year out has led many of the gals here to end up two-dress brides! Not the end of the world, though a titch expensive. I think that style will stay current and still look gorgeous, since it''s not too trendy or anything. But are you sure it will still be your dream-dress?

Just 2??? Heck, I''m up to 6, I think! Still haven''t spent as much as I would''ve on one in an actual bridal shop, so I''m okay with that! Told my friends I was collecting stock to be able to open my own store for little short chicks!

Haha. Well, at the moment I have three at home, but two are going back to Nordstrom''s today. A fourth will be arriving from ebay on Friday or so. So, I hear ya! But then, if I have to endure two weddings, I get two dresses. So nyeh.

Two weddings...hah! I plan to change at Intermission and random intervals throughout the evening!

Heh, heh, heh...no..really, I am just SO glad I found one that''s comfortable and EASY to move in! All of the other ones just needed too much work to make them fit!

So nice to know there are other multiple dress-buying brides out there!
