Ditto! I do not like that stone at all.
 
Props ... I like the decisiveness! And that asscher is tdf - would have been my choice too. That cushion is terrible.

Congratulations on your engagement! I think the ring is stunning - definitely a case of the whole being greater than the sum of it's parts (not that there was anything wrong with the parts, mind you). It isn't impressive just because it's big, but it's has a very classic, heirloom quality about it - maybe because the proportions all work together so well? Anyhow, I hope your fiancee loves it!
