My ten year anniversary is coming up and I was thinking about buying my wife an eternity ring to replace to wear with her wedding band. I was wondering if anyone could suggest an online vendor. I have looked at bluenile and whiteflash, my budget is around $1000

Bluenile has some bands on sale right now that might fall into your price range.

Otherwise I've found JamesAllen to offer a good value for the $$ with their bands.

Call Luann at ID Jewelry. She had the best prices when I was shopping around Christmas.

I would also recommend ID Jewelry, they can work wonders with a strict budget. Just be sure to ask for the 'pricescope quality stones' I think the are better cut quality than some of their regular diamonds. Good luck!

After talking to my sister and a few of her friends I was considering one of the below. But I have since upped my price range to $2500-3000. Everyone suggested I stay with a half eternity band since our lifestyle will likely result in damaging the inside of the ring.

These are in 18k but available in 14k and I like the first one the most, but wish it was bigger….

For some reason, those links are not working for me. With that new budget, you might be able to go for a WhiteFlash band. But I'd like to know what size her diamond e-ring is. Is it set in a plain solitaire setting and is her current band just thin and plain?

Fo some reason my last post disappeared. She is a 5.5 or 6, I need to find my notes, and wears a plain band of white and yellow gold.

We were raising three children when we married and choose to be cheap at the time. Now that we are free of children and nearing retirement goals I can afford to splurge but refuses to allow me to replace her band. I am trying to walk the line between my extravagant taste and ego and her desire to not waste money. So $1000 is easily explained away, $2500 a compromise and $5,000 would likely result in my untimely death.

Edit - fixed the links

Her best friend suggested I foliow your advice and abandon my frugal idea so I ordered a 1.00ctw 14k White Gold Seven Stone "Shared-Prong" Diamond Wedding Ring. You should get a kickback..

Thank you,

That is awesome! It was my pleasure! I am just very happy to see you choose a high quality ring for this special gift! I think it is great that the white gold allowed you to go for the larger diamonds! Please come back with pictures for us when you can!

beautiful and I think that style is quite a bit of bang for the buck!

That is going to be a gorgeous ring - great choice!!!
