Help with Tsavorite setting

Hallo good folks

My friend just bought this tsav and needs help with a setting as she's not a PSer.

The stone is 14 by 12

She hates bezels and itty bitty shard diamonds so any design will need decent sized melee. Ring will be in white gold that much she knows.

Hit me with design ideas please!!!
