I wanted to thank everyone for the feedback during my cut discussions. We got this months ago but have been so busy I never thought to post the pictures.

Ended up with a Tiffany repro knife edge, 6 prong head in platinum.

Holding a GIA triple ex, 1.7 RB, VS1 H color. She is still in awe after months and I am as well. Still haven't had time or patience to setup some lighting and take some proper DSLR shots, but these from her phone still make it look pretty good. In the pic the ring is a size 4.5, so that might scale things a bit, but all the better it looks huge on her finger

Thank You for all for your feedback, it was literally 6 months of searching, buying a loupe, and being my usual hypervigelent self to find what I thought was the perfect stone in my budget.

I have more hours than you can imagine into this, but it was worth every second and a literal labor of love. It paid off in the end and only because shes still in awe of the ring and absolutely loves it.

I'll say I'm (barely) under 12 into the ring as you see it, stone and setting purchased in June.
