Hi everyone,
I just want to give a big heartfelt thank you to Ali and Andrey for your generous gift and for making pricescope such a welcoming and positive place (a million times over).
Now...so what did I get with my 10k posts gift you ask?
Well, you may remember that about 2 years ago I received this lovely .43 bezel pendant: https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/pictures-of-my-43-bezel-pendant-from-bn.65401/. Sadly, I seemed to suffer from my first case of DSS and I wanted to go bigger and the setting had some minor issues I wanted to tweak
. I searched inventory at many vendors and ended up working with James Allen on this project. They had some really beautiful I1 stones and I found a spectacular one that is incredibly eye clean. I definitely don't regret going with an I1 for this project. I never thought I would be able to go this large, but the I1 clarity really brings the cost down a great deal. In case you are wondering what I'm going to do with the old .43 carat stone, all will be revealed in due time...

James Allen did an incredible job on this pendant! I asked for a very thin milgrained bezel, a slider style, a flat back, and a thin cable chain and they nailed the design!!! I went with the slider style this time because with the old pendant with the attachments the diamond was always half way up my neck. With this pendant it seems to stay planted in the middle of my neck fairly well and so far the clasp hasn't seemed to move much. I also asked for a jump ring at 15 inches so I can adjust the pendant to sit higher or lower.
