Home inspection tomorrow. :) Wish us luck!

I''m really nervous. I mean everything should be fine... we know the roof is fairly new, and the previous owner only lived there 6 years.. and I assume he must have an inspection when he moved in.. but its still nerve racking.. especially with an older house! The home inspector is going to have to start without us.. because we both have to work until 5.. and he needs daylight to see the roof and the outside stuff. (Hopefully he''ll be able to see it through all the snow we got!).. so he is starting at 4.. and we will get there as fast as we can. I think FMIL and FSIL will be there the whole time.
I''ve been getting so many decorating ideas over the past week though! I don''t know how I''ll ever make up my mind!

Hey ladies! Everything went really well.. The inspector said he found a lot less problems than in most houses as old as ours is! The only major problem was the main sewer pipe from the toilet is corroded and leaking slightly (YUCK!).. so we will need to replace that fairly soon. the roof is in super good shape.. no major problems with the foundation or anything.. So all is good. We are getting a Radon test done next week. We have decided that it won''t stop us from getting the house, we will just spend the money to get the radon treatment if we have to. Scary stuff!
But all is good! we are SO excited!
