Honest opinion on emerald cut band?

I’m looking for an emerald cut band and am wondering if something like this would be nice

vs having something custom made at idj or Brian Gavin or similar. I love my wolf/cbi round brilliant band and was planning on doing the emerald cut next, but they’re closing and i don’t know enough about emerald cuts to decide where to spend my money.

I have a 3 carat diamond eternity band that’s was similar and two things - depending on the depth of the stones, this could be thick between your fingers. Just FYI in that part.

Second, the setting type with those prong ridges means this won’t sit flush to other rings. If that’s your goal - good to go. But I had mine remade to a U setting to eliminate that. Drove me bonkers. The eternity rings was constantly spinning next to my wedding ring.
