Honoring several loved ones w memorial candle

Between FI and I, we have lost my father and 4 grandparents and we''d like to honor them all with a memorial candle at our wedding. Do you think it''s best to find a poem that speaks in generalities and then don''t name them individually or actually list all 5 of them on the candle? I''d really rather only one pillar candle as the one single candle truly evokes how we feel in this memorial.

I think it would be nice to have their names on the candle. That is such a touching idea.
