house of brides question

I''m desperately trying to get my remaining 2 BMs to order their dresses STAT, and saw that House of Brides carries them. My question is-- are they REALLY brand name or are they knockoffs? If my BMs order from here and get a dress in a certain color, can I be sure it''s the same as the brand name?

I''m only hesitant because I''ve seen other similar dress sites that say they carry the designer, but the color names are ALL different.

Can anyone help? I thought this would be a good option of my LAZY LAZY BMs!!

Well the colors might be different because they''re not from the same dye lot. Do you care if they match exactly? I believe HofB carries brand names, not knock offs. The color names might be different because HofB might have the line from the past season. That would be a good question to ask their customer service people.

I don''t care that they match exactly, but I wanted them all to be the "same" color. Sounds like this may be a good option for my couch potatoes...thanks!

I bought my BM dress for my sisters wedding through HOB. To my knowlege it was the real thing. All the BMs got theirs together and still we ended up with slightly different colored bead work. One thing that was weird is that some girls got their dress 2 weeks after ordering. others, mine, took over a month. Either way i think we all got our dresses before they said we would get them.
