Sorry I couldn't figure out what you meant by the contact link....is it just the "Contact US" in the footer?

Hi -I’m sorry to be nuisance, but I still have not been contacted and was hoping to change my username. I’m not sure how to get in touch with anyone, I’ve used both the contact us link and reported the comment
