How to attach a picture??

Can someone explain how to attach a picture to a post? I know I''ve seen directions before but now I can''t find them...of course!

When you open your post hit "attach file" in the upper left corner.
It will allow you to browse for your picture. Once you choose the picture hit "close" not the "X" in the corner. That should attach the picture.

I''ve found two ways.

1. use the attach file button. This is good for one picture

2. use the Insert Image Icon below Font and next to Smiley. This is good for inserting multiple pictures from the internet. You need to select an allignment and then input the picture URL. It doesn''t work for me if the picture is on my hard drive rather than somewhere on the internet.

I tried that, but when I pressed Upload, nothing happened. What am I doing wrong?

Todd, When I use attach file, get the picture off my hard drive and click upload, nothing happens. I don''t see "insert image" icon anywhere. The picture is also online, and my hard drive.

I found the Insert image icon...and when I put in the URL, all I get is a red "x". I know there''s a way to do this!!! For now I''ll just post the link
